Since Avery Print and Mail Center launched in the fall of 2005, we’ve learned a lot. Though I'm very proud of our additional product offerings, I'm most pleased with our ability to offer exceptional help through customer service. We've revamped the site to improve checkout time and ease of use. Thanks to all of you who completed our surveys asking for your input and feedback, positive and otherwise! We want to keep learning from you and hope you'll learn a little from us. The biggest issue we hear from our customers is about the complexity of direct mail. Our solution is to provide top-quality customer service and direct mail expertise. Although we are continually improving the user experience, we are still very focused on the big picture: helping small businesses grow.
